So I had a wonderful stay in Seattle with Janny and Erik, and their daughters Holly and Mira. They were very hospitable, and even managed to introduce me to a couple of foods that I'd never eaten before. I can now say that I've had stinky tofu (great texture, but I think that I'll stick with Blue Cheese, thank you) and Jellyfish (which I liked a lot). We also had some amazing handmade noodles.
